Food a Kill We
Fried fish, dumplings, bammy, with steam vegetables. T alking with my wife early this morning. She's concerned about a friend who has lupus and is feeling much pain. The obvious discomfort is hard to bare, even if you're not the one feeling the pain. What the hell is lupus? I need to do some research into the matter. But, what I do know is that it stems from our eating habits. How did I come to that conclusion? I have a relative and a friend that has the same problems. Both were fat. One remains fat, while the other has lost much weight. The good thing is they are still living years after they've being diagnosed with the illness. This means a lot. It means that it's not as deadly as some illnesses, and can be put in check.
